Same way you lowered it is the same way you raise it up. Loosen the lower collar and spin it upward.
Edit: Its a drive to my house but let me know if you need any help.

So im doing the raising right now. I took off the coilovers and my spring rate was fkd up! the spring was hella loose on one and the other was a little bit loose . How do I adjust the spring tension? Do I just spin the nut in till the spring sitts?
Bringing this back to help me sleep at night.
So to adjust the front (raise or lower), you can't do it with the coilover fully installed? Or you have to remove something to spin it?
And the rears (raise or lower), you can do it with them installed? Just take off the wheel?
Sorry guys. I know it's been explained many times but I haven't found a direct answer. Many posts say how to do it but haven't found one that says whether you have to take the coilovers off the car.

And would anyone have a solution to this? How to fix the spring preload if it got messed with?

You can raise and lower with coils on... loosen lock collar on the bottom(so it can screw in or out freely
Use wrench to turn clockwise or counterclockwise on the second or third collar depending which way your going(make sure cylinder is turning, otherwise you are loosening or tightening your spring..)The preload as I understand is to tighten both collars by hand to spring til tight, then tighten the upper collar with wrench until you are roughly the width of the adjusment wrench
I think I got it right, correct me if i'm wrong

Nothing to do with damper settings... The spring will spin. If the spring isn't spinning is when you're not doing it correct. Shouldn't be too hard with the wrench, its just a little awkward
