Does anyone know if Brembo calipers and rotors from a 350Z fit on to an 05 G35 coupe without any modification???

Yes they will. You will also need the brake lines as well.

bolts for rear calipers (stock fronts will work)
brake Master cylinder "M215T" <- If you do not get this the brakes will not hold any pressure you will constanly have to be pumping.
My Brembos are also off a 350z.
