Hi all,

Has anyone successfully retrofitted the Akebono kit on their coupes running on the oem wheels? The reason I am asking is because my sedan is running on the OEM 19" forged wheels and would like to retrofit the bbk, but worry that the front calipers will not clear the front OEM 19 wheels. Your input is greatly appreciated.

 

i can't tell you for certain, but keep in mind the oem 19"s clear just about every BBK on the market...stoptech, rotora, etc...in fact there was a pic of ttrank's car with a 12pot front and oem 19's, not sure if he was running spacers or not though

Yes they will, they clear my 15" 12-piston Rotora kit without spacers.
