replacing shocks and springs, oem or aftermarket

My ride is feeling harsh now on roads and bumps, so its time to replace both especially after 70k miles on the car

I do not really care about lowering the car but do want something smooth and comfortable. Which after market would i get or should i stick with oems? Would i require anything else besides those things.

Thanks in advance guys.

edit: Forgot - I drive a 04 g35 coupe

i think the oem shocks and struts are tokico anyway. so if your lookin into getting an aftermarket shock and strut i would just go with a good set of tokico and i'm pretty sure someone here has a set of stock springs with low mileage for sale.
