Pros/Cons of bleeding brakes this way?

Seems to make sense to me. But what are the cons for doing it this way?

I would think it would just push back all the junk in the brake lines back into the master cylinder which can't be good. The good thing about bleeding the traditional way is that it also flushes out the lines as you're doing it. Besides air tends to get trapped in the caliper and that's a long way to travel to get it out of the reservoir, it's likely you'll not push it all the way and still have a problem. The best and easiest way is to use the Motive bleeder.
