new rotors feel warped when hot
I agree! Good customer service is very hard to find. Ive had bad luck the last few weeks
. Thanks David.

A perfect rotor can appear to have runout when mounted on a marginal hub. The ratio of hub radius to rotor radius creates a multiplier effect.
So the hub MUST measure LESS THAN 0.001" otherwise a perfect rotor will show out of spec.

The OC Autosports are made of high quality materials. They work great. I've had them on my car for a while. It sounds like you might have done something wrong in the bed-in process. That, or the rotors had a problem.
OC Autosports will warranty the rotors as well. Call them up and they'll work with you I'm sure.

+1. One faulty part here and there is not a big deal... it will happen to anybody. But getting the part replaced can be pretty impossible without the good customer service...
Got my rotors from OCAutosport on friday, got them installed and loving them, no issues at all and install was easy.
+1 on excellent customer service, David is a great guy.

"A lot of aftermarker rotor companies use cheaper steels to increase their margins"
I certain hope they don't use steels as rotors are made from various quality grades of GREY CAST IRON.
The Foundry location where the blanks are poured is very important.
If you care about rotors you should understand this:
