Pros/Cons of Front-only BBK?
For an '07 Sedan, with relatively equal sized rotors front and back, would replacing just the front brakes with a BBK be okay as far as bias is concerned? (Either with a Wilwood 13" w/ 4-pots, or the Akebono 14" 4-pots)
I see a lot of G and Maxima drivers going that route, some even do HPD's and AutoX with them.
Thoughts?

Unless the front only kit is DESIGNED specifically to be a front only kit, then don't even consider it.
I ran a front 13" rotor/ 4 piston bbk on my maxima. Braking was better but I didn't like the front bias. So I upgraded the rears and it was tons better.
Alot of maxima guys do it because running a rear bbk upgrade is like $800-$1000 and they chose to forgo it.
On a car like this, you're only ice skating uphill if you go front only. The G has world class brakes, fiddling with the bias is a great way to screw that up. Either find a company that has the front only kit engineered right, go with a front/rear or just leave it alone until you find option 1) or 2).

This has been discussed but I haven't seen anyone confirm the exact impact from the EBFD system on bias. It may compensate properly and adjust bias for max deceleration, but without accurate testing, it's anyone's guess. Theoretically, yes the EBFD should adjust the bias all the time, but my question would be - is there a bias threshold (%) at which it can't compensate enough? Generally speaking, a 5% bias swing is probably acceptable, but sticking to BBK's designed for the car would be a smart bet because there is actual quantitative data to compare before/after.
BTW - equal sized rotors f/r isn't the only factor in the bias equation. # and size of caliper pistons, brake pad swept area and distance & pad friction coefficient also affect it.

Depending upon some variable such as pad choice, both front and rear, as well as the specs of the rears compared to a two-axle change I'd say it's a bit difficult to draw exact or concrete conclusions. More info is needed.

Ultimate stopping distance may or may not be the same. Buying simply for "shortest distance" specs can be short sighted. Splitting hairs over 10' when a front kit can elevate durability for thermal capacity may be a reasonable trade off. I'd say it depends on your needs as well.

Thanks, everyone. After much deliberation, i'm thinking of sticking with the "S" brake package and swapping out the pads and look into having 2-pc rotors made. I've touched base with at least two people who have tracked their S and have reported no issues whatsoever with the stock brakes (and pads!). So thermal capacity and bite is not a problem to begin with, at least for something that will only see a few laps each session.
supracrazy, the parts actually come out to a little more than that, i've listed everything one might need for the basic package here. It's not much cheaper than what G35Parts.com is selling theirs for (taking into account the *extra* they charge for the Motul fluid). Which makes sense, since G35parts and InfinitiPartsUSA are one and the same
