Stock shocks on 350z h or s techs?

I'm thinking about getting 350z h or s techs but I want to use my stock springs. Is it necessary to buy new shocks to go with the new springs?

its okay to use them with your stock shocks, although it will shorten the life of the shocks and they will fail sooner. The valving also is not optimal for those springrates since you have a nonsport suspension

Sorry to hijack the thread, I am also looking for the same solution and was wondering if I could simply change the springs, I have the sport suspension.

Thanks,

Ben

Yea.....

I put my G on G35 S-techs about six months ago and it was the best $200 I have spent. Of course, I then had to get front and rear camber kits which were big $$$. The shocks had about 36K miles and now have 45K. no probs.

Easy install too.

Do it!
