04 Standard Front Brake Install - Wrench Sizes?

I'll be installing new factory rotors and pads on the wife's 04 sedan Saturday morning. This is the first foreign car I've done real work on, and I'm just trying to make sure I have all the right size metric wrenches and sockets I'll need before the car is up on the jack stands.

Does anyone know what sizes I'll need for rotor removal and caliper disassembly? Thanks.

Any standard set of metrics 8,10,12,14,17 + should contain what you need. Even a 3/8" drive is probably large enough to handle. I'd recommend a breaker bar for the caliper bolts though.

BTW. If I remember, the lug is 21 or 22 mm. I'd recommend a 1/2" drive for that.

I gave him a break seeing as it's his 1st post.

To the OP, consider doing brake fluid flush and checking the rear parking brake drum adjustment. You'll be back there anyway when removing the rear rotors anyway
