Where do you guys usually cut the rotors? and at what price is reasonable??

most local shops have machines to cut them, around my area i was told within $10-20 each. I think $10 is reasonable if they bring them the rotor off the car because honestly you dont have to do much and it doesn't require any type of sweat, hell you dont even have to watch it.
