Need shocks with GF210's?

Ok, im very confused with suspension. I have an 04 coupe, want a big drop, so looking into 350z - Tanabe Gf210's. My car has stock everything with 56K miles. Will this kill my car? MUST i get shocks too?

If you get those GF210's(like me), then it will likely accelerate the "bouncy" feeling you'll get since they are slightly different springs rates and height. I just bought some D-specs not too long ago, but still haven't put them on yet. FWIW, I rode on mine for almost a year and didn't notice much of a difference. I also have a rear camber kit installed. Hope this helps...
