Need Help ASAP Installing Front Stillen Sway Bars

Tried installing my Stillen Sways today and got the rear done with no issues. When I went to go loosen were the front end link on the passenger side connects to the sway bar I got it turning, then was able to hold that little tab in place on washer side of the bolt to get it a little more loose. After that actual bolt itself started turning. I wasn't able to hold it in place with anything while I took off the nut. Is this normal or did I break something?? How do I keep the bolt in place so I can take off the nut?? Any help you guys can provide will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You can try adding resistance by putting a load on the suspension, though when the same thing happened to me my only recourse was to use a dremel and grind the nut/bolt off.
