GTSPEC/Circuit Sports under bars & alignment

So I have a set of these on their way to me, namely the front and rear under bars, the one that ties the two front LCA's together and the one that beefs up the rear subframe.
However, I just got coilovers and an SPC rear camber kit put on. From what I've read on the forum, these will fit with the rear camber kit, however, will their install mess up my alignment? I'm wondering, because the places they mount seem to be places that have eccentric bolts for alignment. By undoing the nuts to install these bars, do the eccentric bolts not become loose and change my settings?
The reason I'm asking is, I want to get my car aligned, but I want to know whether I can do it now, before I get these bars put on, or if I have to wait for them to come in, put them on, and then get the car aligned. I obviously don't want to pay for an alignment twice in two weeks, so this is why it's so important to know.

Simple solution, have those under bars installed then get the alignment. On the rear bar the holes may need to be elongated to match the toe bolts. Sounds like a very cool set up IP, post some pic upon completion....

Mmm.. okay, sounds good. The reason why I was asking, is I wanted to be certain, because I don't like driving around for very long without a proper alignment, so if I'm going to wait, I'd like to be certain that I have to wait.

it will mess up your alignment. You will also need longer eccentric bolts from SPC to fit with the gtspec bars, the ones that come with the kit are not long enough
