Ok, so I got my new compression rods in today from everythingg35.com, $297 shipped, not bad. Anywas Im wondering how hard installing them myself would be. I cant seem to find a manual for the G35. If anyone can point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it. THANKS!

Go there to DL the service manual and look into fsu.pdf for the front suspension and rsu for the rear.

What is it called on their site? I tried searching the OEM parts database and nothing comes up when I put in compression rod.

also, btw, are these compression rod front suspension component? or does the rear have compression rod as well? its not same as the endlink of sway bar, right?

recently i hear this popping noise whenever i come to a complete stop or whenever i start moving the car (i don't do hard launch). and when i drive, i can hear some clunking like you're dragging a metal piece or scrapping something.

i'm trying to think if its the (1) endlinks to sway, (2) compression rod (if they exist at the rear), or (3) axle needs to be re-torque or replaced. (4) or totally something else

according to the other thread . the transverse link bushings are compression rods bushings.

The STRUT ROD, aka COMPRESSION ROD. If you go under everythingg35.com OEM parts listing, type in strut rod.
