Squeaking/dangling chain noise from rear?

So last night when i was going about 30-40mph i hear this squeaking noise. It almost sounds like a loose chain maybe. But when i slow down, it goes away. Seems to be coming from my rear passenger tire. i got brand new tires btw.

Is there any possibility this may be some part of my suspensions thats messed up? A few months ago, when i was putting on a spare tire on the passenger rear, the block that was behind my other tire budged and the whole damn car fell, damaging my OEM jack stand. I freaked out like hell, and i got another jack stand and quickly jacked that thing back up. Its been about january since that happened.

a fall that small wouldnt be enough to damage anything to cause it to finally squeak as i drive 30-40mph right?

I hope this is just my rear brakes needing to be changed which it sort of does. Sometimes when it's cold and i back up from being parked, it squeak real loud. Other days it doesnt.

U guys think i have nothing to worry about, and its just the brakes?
