The H-Techs are very popular. I went with TEIN G35 S-Techs and I absolutely love them!

The ride is actually MORE luxurious when compared to stock, and the drop is perfect.

the eibachs will ride smoother, they have progressive springs. Your handling will be worse than with the h-techs, which have stiffer linear springrates similar to stock. The eibachs are softer than stock

Don't the eibachs pro's settle to a little stiffer than stock?

Lol I'm such a suspension noob. So redlude, you'd go with 350z S-tech over g35 eibach pro-kit, but what about g35 sedan S-tech vs g coupe eibach pro if they were the same price?

Just asking for opinions since I'm about to get a sweet deal on a coupe eibach pro-kit, but I want performance over anything. Ride quality and drop is worthless to me.

Sorry for hijack naci24.

If handling is what you want then save up and buy some coilovers...

Springs aren't really going to do much but give you a drop. Also your stock struts will go sooner if you're using aftermarket springs.

You sound like me apx. 1 and 1/2 months ago.

I wanted a luxary drop (apx. 1") and after researching this forum - night and day - I finally decided to go with the 350Z H-Tech. I find that the S-Tech would be way to low - cost way to much in camber kits etc. -.

I purchased them from a source on e-bay and the service there was great. I believe his website was www.HighPerformanceOutlet.com

Charged me $179 (USD). I live in Canada - but my brother lives in the US. I had it shipped to him. I expect to recieve it within the next week or two and will let you know how it looks installed. PS. I drive an 2005 Black Coupe

Eibach G35 Coupe progressive springs 1.1”/1” drop on G35 coupe
Spring rates in LBS initial/final front 229/337 initial/final rear 274/463

Tein H-tech 350z linear springs .8”/.7” drop on G35 coupe
Spring rates in LBS 358/375

Tein S-tech G35 coupe 1.2"/.9" drop (fronts are progressive, rears are linear)
Spring rates in LBS 358/274 (final rates only, softer intial front progressive rate unknown)

G35 coupe oem spring rates
2003-2007 when delivered on oem 17 or 18 inch wheels
314/342

G35 coupe oem spring rates
2005-2007 when delivered on oem 19 inch wheels
314/427

IMO, based on what the OP want's, I would go with the 350Z H-techs.
