question about Tein H-Techs
#3
It varies.
I've seen 2 06' coupes same setup and one dropped lower on H Techs than the other.
Not sure why that is but it is a common occurance, at least with our cars.
On the average though the G/Z H techs drop the car a small enough amount that a camber kit usually isn't needed because it is usually still in OEM spec.
The S Techs usually drop the car out of OEM spec.
You won't really know until you get the drop and then get an alignment.
The alignment shop will let you know if your in OEM spec or how far out of spec you are.

well parden me the rears have that bolt and washer but its a small adjustment, the tires don't wear out as fast as the front on a lowered car so thats why you don't really need it but if your going to get a camber kit might as well do it right and get it for the front and rears, i was at stock heght and i needed them, when i dropped it with eibach prokit (1.75" drop) i really needed them, my front tires only lasted 5 months and my rears about a year. so telling you from experience get the camber kit, it will pay for itself the first year.

End Links
Dont forget the End Links for the Fronts. I guess when you lower the G the Endlinks is only spec for the factory height of the vehicle. So, if you made a modification on your G, like lowering it, it affects the End Links and Sway Bars. I guess the End Links puts alot of stress on the front lower sway bars, because the ride is lowered.
I seen people install a adjustable End Links before. It looks pretty hard to do if the ride is not raised by a lift, because of the tight spaces inside the wheel well. Theres no room to manuever your tools in there especially those nuts and bolts are really tight.

+1 but with a h-tech drop just get a good alignment and just flip them tires. Im on s-tech drop no camber kit. i know im gonna have inner wear but im gonna flip the tires when its time too.. H-tech aint much of a drop to really worry about camber kit but its always good to have a camber kit.

confused2: Anyone? Ever installed a Camber Kits(adjustable) Front/Rear? Im just curious how you will determine to properly adjust the camber to properly set to match the Spring Drop/Coilover height. Is there a manual included with the Kit that is easy to follow? The following question also pertains to End Links/adjustable. Anyone
