HELP! issues with DIY front suspension...

i was installing my GF210's and the rears were a breeze but the fronts are hell. seems like the shop that installed my H-techs over-tightened the bolts
i cannot CANNOT loosen the lower bolt of the shock. i've tried EVERYTHING. i soaked it in WD-40 and also PB-Blaster and it wouldn't budge. i even used my jack to turn the wrench and it lifted the car
i tried hammering it a bit and it still wouldn't budge.
i wanna know if anyone in socal can help me out before i take it in to the shop. if anyone is up for a challenge, i got $
or if any non-socalers can give me help, it'd be great.

How long did you let it sit after soaking it? PB Blaster get loosen just about anything, but sometimes you need to let it sit overnight for it to work properly.

This sounds exactly like my install a few weeks back. You should use a torque wrench or some sort of pole that you can slide over your wrench or ratchet to increase torque. This works the best. PB Blaster can only help so much. Trust me. Where are you located? I'm in socal and if you need some help I could come over to help. I just installed my Tein S techs all around. As long as you cover gas and maybe s'more?

Do you have a breaker bar? Try to squeeze the longest one possible in there. The longer the bar, the easier it should be to break the torque.

breaker bar! then lay on your back and find support for your legs and undo that mf...r!

believe me i SOAKED that bolt in PB Blaster and WD-40. my garage smells of that ish. i let it soak overnight twice.

i'll try a bigger breaker bar. thanks guys!

I know when I took one of my calipers off the bolts seemed like they were welded on. I had to use a long 1/2 drive ratchet and even then it took everything I had to break them loose.

Using the jack seems like a good idea...but you need abrupt pressure..not a gentle jack. Sudden force is approx 6x harder than slow. Use a breaker bar with a steel pipe extension and...idk...jump on it.

more problems...
i left out the part where the top strut nuts are over-tightened too
i stripped the top nut in this pic:



here's the top view. how did you guys remove the nut? i mean, the small metal tube is in the way. i even tried Bolt-Out and it doesn't work worse comes to worst, do i just break the nut/bolt? i mean snap it in half when i take out the shock.
