Need brake pads and rotors. Daily driver.

Just did a search and read up on some threads but still have questions. FYI- I have an 03.5 G35 sedan.

I don't really care about brake dust and like the OEM performance. Problem is that these pads and rotors go quickly and I no longer get free brake work since I'm over 36K miles.

I am looking for decent replacements that work well for every day driving, similar to OEM. EverythingG35 has two sets that I'm contemplating:
- Ceramic Front Brake Pads - Standard $45 http://tinyurl.com/nqqcr2
- Factory Front Brake Pads - Standard $45 http://tinyurl.com/mj5zg4

I've seen Akebono mentioned. How much do they run? Is there a specific model? Pros/cons vs above?

I also need rear brakes. Anyone recommend going with one the the sets from EverythingG35 for rear and a Akebono (or?) for front since the fronts do the heavy lifting when braking?

Rotors on EverythingG35:
OEM Quality Front Rotor - Standard $50 http://tinyurl.com/nlc9vk
Factory Front Rotor - Std $78 http://tinyurl.com/laordl

Recommendations on above rotors? Any others?

Thanks for you input.

I'm selling the Akebono brake pads if you want them. Make me an offer for both.

I checked out Akebono ProAct on Tirerack.com and their performance rating is 2/5 for "stopping power". That sounds pretty crappy. Is that rating BS?

Noise and Dust categories get 5/5.

"stopping power" on tirerack is on a scale that extends to race pads. You wouldn't want more than a 1 or 2 rating for stopping power unless you like chewing through rotors, squealing, and setting off ABS at every light
