Axxis Ultimate VS. Infiniti OEM?
Car has 22k but the rears seem to be wearing out way before the fronts. Would like to do both at the same time to keep it simple as possible. Looked at Hawk HPS but found out that they give up some performance VS. OEM. Found Axxis Ultimates to be another option to consider. Any thought on from anyone that has changed to Axxis and like them or love them? Hawk HPS are no longer an option so, they're out of the picture. Thanks for your input.

One of the ways to adjust BRAKE BIAS is to play with the wear rates and friction coefficients of materials used in brake pads.
Most non performance cars are incorrectly biased to NOT create the absolute minimum stopping distances under all street temperature conditions because that would cause more rear pad wear.
Nissan used this trick to reduce stopping distances by 10 feet to beat BMW back in 2002.
In 1990 my much heavier Q45 could stop from 60 mph in less than 130 feet with the right oem pad combination and very VERY fast wearing OEM MICHELIN tires you could get down to 106 feet.....................but nothing no pads or tires lasted 15,000 miles.
Hope you see and understand the relationship between pad and tire wear and braking distances.
