'04 Sedan 6MT Front Rotor Question

Searched and couldn't find an answer to the following question:

For the 2004 Sedan, 6MT, what size are the front rotors? The parts sites seem to vary from 11.654" to 12.76". Which is it?

I need to order some pads and usually order a spare set of rotors for the first brake change out so that I can go get them turned and have them waiting on my to replace the pads/rotors, instead of me having to wait on the rotors to be turned for me. The blank OEM rotors are fine for my driving, but I don't want to get the wrong size. (Also not near the car right now, so getting a measurement from my own car would be difficult at this moment).

Finally got the tape out to the car...11ish inches (didn't remove the wheel). Looks like the parts databases are wrong on several sites.
