New Brakes, Funny Sounds?

I just recently go new brakes put on my G. I changed out the pads, rotors, brake lines, and fluid. Now I have always heard squeaks and grinding sounds with new brakes, but never have heard what I am hearing now. It is clicking and popping sounds when I press on the brakes and when I release the brakes. My wife says she can really feel the "pop" on the passenger floor board when I release the brakes. It doesn't do it at highway speeds (or if it does, I can't hear it). Mainly just at low speeds (in parking lots). They aren't fading or anything, just making funny sounds? I was thinking maybe its the brake lines not wore in? I am going to take it back to the shop tomorrow or the next day just see what they think, but thought I would see if y'all had any ideas. Also, when in park and I press on the brakes I can feel the click in the auto transmission (you know how you have to apply brakes to change the car in to drive) Anyways, just wondering if this is normal when you change out brake components. I have driven the car only two days so maybe it's still braking in . Any help is appreciated guys. Oh the pads are Hawk HPS, Powerslot rotors, Fluid Transfer Products brake lines, Motul fluid. Not sure if that info is relevant or not.

Did you put the OEM shims back on when you installed the pads? If not, that could be your problem right there.
