M45 struts and springs on FX35??

hi does anyone know if the 2007 M45 struts and springs would fit on 2006 `FX35??

No RWD and AWD FM platform variants us totally different front suspension's. And were not addressing what detail differances might have happened G to M suspension wise as far as front lower shock mounts and overall spring diameters.
