GT Spec strut bar and brake question

I just installed the gt spec strut bar and i have a question on the driver's side the bracket that bolts to the strut was essentially touching the brake lines is this how its supposed to be? Should i be concerned about this?

i think you're referring to the A/C lines (the soft aluminium ones that are kinda shiny). if so, you can bend those lines a bit to provide some clearance. just go slow.

gotcha, i think you're referring to the single black line that comes out of the top, center of the brake compartment. hmm, its odd that its in the way of the STB bracket - mine bends up away from the strut tower bolts and towards the engine. IIRC, the line is very stiff so I'm not sure how you'd bend it...awaiting pix
