Need front pads and rotors, looking for suggestions...

My wifes 06 sedan needs new pads and rotors. Should I stick to stock is so where is the cheapest place to buy?

If I go aftermarket what should I look at? Do not want anything that is noisy.

She drives like the typical women, speeds up to as fast as she can go till she reaches the next car on the road then slams on the brakes, then repeats.

Needless to say she is hard on them, the pads are in good shape but the rotors are shot.
