2005 g35 6mt sedan needs new struts....

Hello all.. my G has developed what I believe to be a noisy left front upper strut mount... I figure that since it has around 73000 miles on it, that it's time to change out the struts while I'm at it.. My problem is that I can't seem to find listings for sport suspension in a sedan.. I only see the "sport" listings for the coupe !! I don't want to end up replacing struts, etc. only to have the car handle worse than the originals (or end up with parts that don't fit.. I just went through that with front brake pads !!). Anyway, I thought that I'd pick your brains on what I should get (and where I should get it..).
The car is pretty much a daily driver as the wife uses it to go to and from work.. however, when I get the chance to drive it, I love to push the little button to shut down the traction control, turn off the air conditioning, and stand on it a little !! (a little childish, and tough on tires, but it makes me happy !!)

Anyway, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,

Rod.

Well I have a 03’ and after many hours of research on numerous shock and suspension web sites (Monroe and Rock Auto parts were 2 of the best) I decided to go with the same year stock 350z kyb fitment, they fit perfectly and after 43k mi. still ride great. Bye the way we have shocks all around no struts, the fronts are just big coilovers, and unless you have a AWD G35x I believe the shock fitment is the same for 03-05 sedans. I’ll be doing my sister 05’ in late October.
Before you start the job be sure to check out your suspension components, especially the bushings in the steering and front suspesion, inner Lower control arm (Generic pic but my LCA bushing looked exactly like this https://g35driver.com/forums/attachm...1&d=1254384492)
and compression arm bushings (just do a site search to see) seem to be the major wear items, I had to replace my lower control arm bushings with a better than stock 350z replacement component from white motor sports, not hard to replace but that bushing as well as most of the other G35 bushings have to be pressed in.
