Quiet brake pads or what's the issue PLEASE HELP?

My and my buddy have g35 coupes! My is an 04 his is a 03 non brembo! Both cars say at like 5 mph to idle if you lightly hold the brake we get a nasty squeak from i think the front! Sounds like someone dragging there nails down a chalk board! I want to change to ceramic pads! Tired of the dust from stock pads! What is the issue i see alot of G's brakes making noise! Does it matter if i go with a good grade auto parts store ceramic pad Or what needs to be done to fix this noise! I have 66'000 on my G! Infniti said i need the brake pads done but they didn't say anything about changing the rotors on the estimate! Please help need to change pads like yesterday! NOTE!! The pads are not hitting the warning indicator on the pad!

If the pads and rotors are very worn (too thin, rotors scored, uneven pad transfer, etc.), it increases the likelihood of squeal. But I've never really had issues with brake squeal on my '04 w/Brembos. Just make sure that the pads have shims and are lubed with plenty of anti-squeal, like 3M Brake Lube.
