Review: GTspec REAR strut bar
I have been a fan of GTspec products ever since they started making stuff for the G35. I have had all of their products but had to remove the underbraces due to clearance issues since I am so low. Their real break-through product was the front strut bar which I purchased to repalce the NRG bar which just seemed whimpy in comparison. Since this release, I have seen tons of people switching over to the GTspec. The bar is much more rigid and looks better too.
It is no suprise that the REAR strut bar by GTspec is just as awesome as the front bar! I had been using the Stillen bar for about 2 years but I was never really WOW'ed by the way it looked of performed. I picked up the new GTspec rear bar from Rick@riversideinfiniti (great price!) on Thursday night and I got around to installing it this morning.
The install is pretty simple and only required two wrenches and an allen wrench. The hardest part is just removing the side trunk lining panels to cut the holes for the brackets. The full install took less than an hour even though I had to work about my custom truck setup which had to be partially removed.
I think the bar looks great and I will post again once I have a chance to test it out.

yeah, I just had to cut it a lil more since these brackets are bigger.

no, I forgot to take some before I put the liners back in. Basically, there are 3 bolts on each bracket and go into existing holes in the body. It is very simple.
