tony, know if these are compatible with PowerGrid endlinks (adjustable)

also, is this 100% original MD design or is it based on Eibach or Cusco or something else?

I don't really know the PowerGrid endlinks so I can't really say.

And being that i have an 05 Sedan 6MT, will this still be an upgrade?

Yes, Dec 25th.

As for compatibility, it will be the same as all other aftermarket strut bars.
