^^^Mine are coming today.

I hate waiting for FedEx. They don't typically get to my neck of the woods until late afternoon/early evening.

I agree and i'm getting more and more comfortable driving the car hard. Can't wait to see how the car handles with some good coilovers.

Will be installed tonight.

Tony, can you explain the pros and cons of solid sway bars over hollow ones?

Also, what exactly is the diameter of the front/rear bars?

I think they say there is a 5% loss of stiffness from going from solid to hollow, so those seeking weight savings would say its worth to go hollow as it could be as much as a 3-15lb weight savings depending on the bar thickness. Solid is also probably a little more stronger and less likely to break I would guess.

Cost wise, I doubt there's much difference unless of course they use a mandral to bend the tube-stock.

Solid bars are stiffer. Certaintly more than 15% stiffer. And for more than anything, better (chrom-molly) alloys are available in bar.

Hello. I need lots of advice with sway bars. I've read up a bit on them and I have a pretty good idea of what they do. How do you adjust the stiffness on these particular bars? And also, are they relatively easy to install? I want to start on suspension before moving onto other projects, are sways a good start?? Just got my coupe a month ago and the mod bug bit pretty hard.

Well, you can always sandblast and re-powdercoat...
