Are these painted or powdercoated?

Sorry, didn't read every post.

Local powdercoater will do them black, but the price varies on whether he needs to sandblast the paint off or just cover the powdercoating.

Definitely powdercoated. Its the only way to go for parts like this.

I promised Tony I would tell him what I think of these so I'll probably write a review later this month. I've been playing around with as many of the possible settings between front and rear. Since gas prices have shot up this month its been hard to go out and test each and every setting. I know this much so far:

THEYRE GREAT AND WELL WORTH THE MONEY

For the rear, I know you can use the same size as stock but I'm not sure about the front since the Motordyne sway bar is much thinner than stock.

Wow these are next on my list. after the Motordyne 5/16 thermal spacer and the Mrev2 under plenum.. I will also like to conclude that picking them up is better and faster and cheaper for you since you don't pay the shipping and tony doesn't hastled to ship..

How much shipped to 94565? Do these require the OEM endlinks to be upgraded?

Had my Hotchkis on for three years, they use the polyurethan bushings with synthetic grease. No noise at all.

Properly greased swaybars shouldn't squeak. A stiffer bar can put more load on the end links which may cause them to make noise.

Yes. I have SPL end links and the Motordyne swaybars. The stock end links made binding noises after installing the swaybars so I replaced them with SPL end links. The SPLs make a different noise. Can't win, but don't want to go back to stock either.
