For handling get the GTSpec 4 point brace. Best bang if you want to improve handling.

They don't do the same thing. (GTSpec STB or Stillen Engine Damper)

That like is like asking are Intakes better than adjustable end links.

Obviously

Let me rephrase this question. Given that both mods are relatively inexpensive, which would have the most effectiveness in terms of their purpose.

engine damper is useless, a waste of money, and is actually detrimental to the enjoyment of your automobile.

Engine damper is only gonna help keep the engine still. You end up feeling a lot more vibration in the car. Gotta have a lot of power to make it worthwhile.

^^^ not in my car... I don't feel any more vibration at all with the engine damper.

As for making it worthwhile - most of the people that say it works are MT (regardless of amount of power)... it makes sense that it would work better for MT than AT.

I'm AT and I didn't feel any notable difference.

nope, nothing on mine.

Could be that there was vibration prior anyway but nothing out of the ordinary. The damper definitely didn't create more.
