How to adjust coilovers?

Sorry for the noob question, I have the Stance LX+ coilovers and need to raise it for the winter, my teins on my honda were straight forward and used to take me 10minutes to do, for the G it seems a lil more complicated...

Basically I just need to know how to adjust the rear (they are the oem style) do I just raise the spring collar and not adjust the shock at all? or do I have to adjust both for the rear? I ask this because the shock does not have 2 collars just one so how r u supposed to evenly adjust both shock and spring (I usually would count the rings on my old car)

Any help is appreciated, tried searching but nothing came up!

For the rear you need to adjust them the same amount of turns for the spring and shock. If you keep the collar in place after you loosen it, use a piece of tape, then turn the shock. Count the number of threads you adjusted then do the same for the spring. I have the same coils.
