Staggered settings on the same sway bar?

I have anecdotally heard that some adjustable sway bar users will stagger their settings on the same sway bar. For example, set to hard on the left side and med on the right side (all on the same bar). Does anyone have any experience with this? If so, what is the purpose and what kind of handling characteristics can I expect?

I havent done it, but Im pretty sure Stillen advertises theirs as "having" this capability of adjustment. The idea is to just offer a finer level of adjustment. No real science to it. If you go full hard on both sides and feel it might be too much, but the previous setting of medium-medium didnt work either then try medium-hard. It shouldnt matter which side you choose, choosing one hole over the other creates the same effect of changing the bar tension. Think of it as a grassroots discovery.
