Nice, but you need to springmount mod the rear! It looks a bit funny, IMO.

Otherwise, grats on your new shocks.

Lemme tell you... you REALLY fell the difference between the setting. Wow the car is much softer now. Almost Lexus like ( I've owned two before the G) and the ride is very comparable to only with a sporty edge due to my Stillen sways!

I'm gonna run them like this for a few days until the rear extensions I ordered from Stillen arrive later next week. Once again I'm very impressed with these D'specs!!!
I'd need to try your car (at least ride in it) to believe it.

Just after I bought my G coupe new in the summer of 2003, I had ridden as a passenger in my law partner's then newly leased Lexus ES300. That car had significantly more ride compliance than my new G35 coupe. I even drove the Lexus a couple times and found that the ride compliance bordered on floaty - though not quite Cadillac 1970s.

The other day I finally got through to Tokico's technical suppport dept. (located in LA). I had an extensive conversation with the one technician who compared the HPs (Blues) to OEM, then to D-specs.

I had the "sport reds" OEM on my sedan, they are made by TOKICO. The D-specs are much stiffer than OEM sports. I love them.

Thought I told u I had an adjustable suspension installed a few weeks ago. Love it! The car rides so damn smooth 110MPH feels exactly the same as 60. (Don't ask me how I know)

My suspension ride barometer comes from owning 2 previous Lexus cars (95 and 99 ES300) with new suspensions on both.

I enjoyed the ride quality of both cars and have driven/riden in several BMWS (3 to 7 series).

I wanted a ride quality like a stock BMW 335 and believe I've accomplished that.

My car rides very comfortable now especially for Chicago streets in the wintertime.

Keep in mind I also have Stillen adjustable sway bars and have my front set full still and rear set to medium.

Love it!

When my rear extensions arrive, I'm softening up the rear a tad bit and maybe adjusting the fronts to 7 turns from full stiff to see how it rides.

There is a tradeoff though...the more you adjust the softness, you more squat/floaty feel you get from the rebound/compression levels.

So finding that sweet spot is critical to 100% ride and drive satisfaction. I believe that's what I have right now but haven't gone any softer yet to confirm it
