Have you tried to heat one end of the bolt? Might break it loose. The other thing you can try is a small gear puller. Attached the gear puller to the bolt and try to pull it out? Sorry man - I feel your pain. Not sure what else to suggest. If you have some pics, just post them up. The other thing you can do as a last resort is take a torch to the bushing and melt it off and dremmel off the nut from the bolt. It sounds like your bushing is shot now anyway.
