nuts for studs on the catalytic convert

I have searched everywhere but can't find any info about this.

I was replacing the old exhaust system and ran into a small problem. The nuts are rusted and can't reuse them.

I am looking nuts that are used on the bolts coming out of the catalytic converted. All of pieces of the exhaust use bolts and nuts, but the catalytic converter going into the y-pipe had studs. I need the nuts for these.

Could you tell me what the part # is or at least the exact size ,etc.

thanks,

If you can't find the right threaded nuts, you could always knock the studs out and just replace with fresh nuts and bolts.

Hope that helps!

Makes sense..

I just did not want to be under the car banging on the stud and the expensive catalytic converter especially since it is old and has a lot of rust on it.

I think they're M10x1.25 As long as the nuts still have threads you can walk into an Ace Hardware and find the ones you need. Probably Lowe's or Home Depot also, but metric bolts at those locations are pretty limited.

In case anyone else may need it:

the part number appears to be:
