here is the video which you can here my issue in. At :30 seconds in the video is when you first hear the noise.


Not sure if it is a compression rod or what . I took a pry bar to the compression rod and it moved its a little sloppy, but didn't seem to be able to produce this loud of a noise.

When i had it stock i never really noticed it, then i lowered it on springs and it got more noticeable. Now i have it pretty dumpt on coil overs and its very loud and sounds bad. Maybe end-links? Has anyone had this same noise?
any help is appreciated.
