Brakes Rear Brake Problem

ok well im not really sure if i have as much a problem as it is a annoyance. but i drive a 04 5at and it is completely stock. i am having a issue as to when i get on the brakes it makes a creeking/groaning noise in the rear and primarly on the passenger side. ive actually never heard it on driver side. ive searched but all the threads seem to be dead ends. can't really find what could be causing the noise but i know it has to do something with the brakes cause its only when i apply them. any help would be awesome cause this is really annoying and i definately don't want it turning into anything else
