New spring seat & shock mount needed?

I'm going to install a new 06 350z suspension on my 06 g35 sedan this weekend. Can I reused the OEM spring seat & shock mount; or should I get new ones? I've read everyting is a direct bolt on but do I need any other hardware?

Yes you can reuse.
