HKS has had problems with their coilovers snapping like this for quite a few years...I first heard about it back in 2000 when I was living in Japan. I'm surprised that this is STILL happening! whats crazy is, i call HKS direct and after the lady (who supposably doesnt have a manager and works under the president) tells me they dont deal with private parties and i have to go through a vendor, she sais this has NEVER happened with a shock before.
i just want to get my shock rebuild, if anyone knows a vendor who could get in tough with an HKS rep for me that would be awesome... i bought from a private owner here about a year and a half ago.

would you happen to know where or who i could contact about getting this thing re-built?
