Just my 2 cents with Raybestos

My experience with Raybestos ceramic pads on my 03 sedan has been horrible
no noise, no dust and no bite, almost rear ended someone again yesterday. My wife who drives a 2000 BMW 323 used my car and said whats up with those brakes.

I did a lot of reading and will be going back to OEM pads thanks to Qtech45, I don't mind the dust to get some bite. Do I really need OEM discs
or can I just buy a good quality disc locally..they always seem to have 2-3
different grades to choose from.

Guess I will go back to OEM discs as no one has chimed in.

I've not had a problem with Ceramic pads. They bite as well as the others for me. I do have cross drilled rotors though. Don't know if that changes things
