SPL also makes a whole line of Low Friction Spherical Bearings that replace all the bushings front and rear. I just bought all of their bearings and will have them installed in a couple of weeks.

Good write up Tollboothwilley, I also recently just replaced all my bushings with all the ones from whiteline for the rear, front and subframe. While I was at it I also replaced my camber arms with the SPL ones since I didn't know if the whiteline can fit in the Ichiba arms. Have you replaced the differential bushings as well? That was the most obvious one for me.

SPL only makes bushings for the front. The only ones that goes on the rear that are made by SPL are the differential ones and the ones that comes with their camber arms. Whiteline's offering is broader than that.

EDIT: You are right, they have new parts!

Your right that SPL does not have everything that is needed if you want to replace 100%, I have everything they make along with Whiteline sub frame and rear upper A arm

The AWD cars use a different arm. The question would be can the same bushings be used.

Toll, how is the NVH? Any more noise? I suspect not but thought I'd ask

Those of you guys who have replaced bushings, whether with the whiteline or any other product, can you report on any improvement in vehicle response?

Any chance that you have the measurements of these bushings, maybe the old ones still laying around? length/diameter. C/A are definately different for AWD. Just wondering if the Bushing is the same.

I haven't replaced the differential bushings because the only one I have see for the rear bushing is a solid version. Have you replaced it? If so, how is the solid bushing as far as NVH?

I haven't notice ANY difference at all as far as NVH. Everthing is great.

Steering feels much more solid through the turns. I love the new bushings.

I'm not sure about the size. I don't have the stock ones around but I can measure them on the car probably.

measure yours up and i'll compare. also, talk to the distributors of the whitelines - they probably know if they'll fit.

Yeah, I replaced the diff bushing with the solid SPL ones and the NVH is not bad at all. I can't tell much difference from stock other than much better traction. The one small side effect, which I'm not entirely sure whether it's related to the 4.09 gear or bushings, is a winding noise at decel.

I just replaced my transmission mount the other day with a poly one and my shifting has never felt better. The engagement is very firm and positive. I was never this happy with my transmission, even after switching over to the CD009.

I also replaced my engine mount with solid ones...but that wasn't nearly as pleasant of an experience. Hopefully someone will come out with poly ones. However it's not nearly as bad as you'd think.

Andrei recently replaced his bushings with the SPL parts and he likes them. No noticeable decrease in ride quality or increase in NVH.

Got them installed

I got the lower arm, compression rod, and shock mount bushings from SPL installed and have no negative feedback to give at all... Better feel in the wheel, and road noise is very minimal. Overall, very happy with them.. I am lowered on tein cs with camber kit front and rear, sways, spl endlinks f & r, on OEM 18's/oem pilot sport tires. Can't speak for the guys on 19's and up... Thinking of just replacing the others with the whiteline bushings, or should I just leave things as they are now??
