Issue with the Stillen Strut Tower bar

I had purchased a Stillen Strut Tower bar for my 06 G35 sedan. I have a 5/16" spacer and was aware of having to remove the factory cover in order for it to fit. I followed the instructions to a T and after installation, there was an abnormal vibration/noise emminating (sorry for spelling) afterward. It's really hard for me to explain the sound so please bare with me. When we took off the bar no more noise. Anyone has any tips how to remedy this?

It seems to be at the manifold/plenum. The noise came to ear once it was installed and it wasn't there once it was removed.

Sell the Stillen and get the GT Spec. Will clear a 5/16" spacer and the engine cover if so desired. It's also a perfect fit and a great quality product. $185 shipped from Riverside Infiniti.
