Yea you can use sedan springs on coupes. But I would only use the sedan sportlines. But be warned sedan springs have softer spring ratings than coupe springs.

Eibach G35 Coupe progressive springs 1.1”/1” drop on G35 coupe
Spring rates in LBS initial/final front 229/337 initial/final rear 274/463

Eibach G35 Sedan 1.1”/1.1” drop on sedan
Spring rates in LBS initial/final front 259/334 initial/final rear 359/416

Eibach Prokit's for the sedan actually have a higher initial spring rate vs the coupe fitment front and rear. Front peak rates are a draw and where the coupe is higher in the rear, it is not something that makes that fitment better in reguards to spring rate.

Yes you can run sedan Prokits on a coupe. IMO, they have better spring rates since the initial rates are higher and they have less spread between initial and peak. You will not get a 1.1" drop however, should be in the neighborhood of .6" or .8".

No offence I would not touch sportlines, way too much peak spring rate for any oem shock G or Z, too much for D-specs for that matter to which had a 450lbs rate cap, at least in the sedan fitment. I never did call Eibach to get the coupe Sportline rates.

As long as your ok with the drop they'd give on your coupe, I really don't see anything wrong with running them. And I don't see that it matters if you coupe has the regular suspension or the legit 2005+ sport suspension.
