Suspension height differences

Been searching for about an hour now, cant find anything, maybe I'm not using the right search terms but here we go.....

So I noticed today before I lowered my car that the driver side sits lower then the passenger side. Its about an inch difference from driver to passenger side. I measured the height before the springs went on, in the front the difference was about an inch from driver to passenger and in the back about 3/4 of an inch difference from driver to passenger.

After installing my Eibach Pro Kit I measured again. The drop was roughly about an inch as I figured it would be but the difference is still there.

My question is, is this normal. I have an 06 with sport package and the car only has 16K miles on it so I figured the struts are in good shape. Any help would be great. I think this is going to hinder my plans for the wheels if I cant figure out how to bring up the driver side an inch.

Thanks!

Yep, single slab of level concrete.

When I looked at the suspension, everything looks good and nothing is bent/different from the passenger side. I'm confused!

Mine is the same, even with new coilovers (shocks and springs) the passenger side sits a tiny bit higher... luckily in a few days I can just go and lower the passenger's side a bit more.

Should I wait or should I get it aligned? I don't think that the springs will settle enough to make up for the difference, I just wonder if the alignment is out really bad on the drivers side and making it sit wrong. The reason I don't think that this is a settling issue is because the springs dropped the car as they should have, but the height difference from driver to passenger side is off exactly the same as it was before I put on the springs.
