ive been reading through all the stickies and FAQ here and theres a ton of information about lowering springs but im having trouble making sense of it all,

i have an stock 06 x and just want basically a very mild drop no more than and inch with a slightly stiffer ride

tein g35 h techs seem to be the closest to what i want from what ive gathered but i read that it gives the car reverse rake due to the awd suspension

i dont understand what information given is the spring rate and what the weight per spring means in relation?

if someone could explain it a little more clearly and give some further advice on what im looking for id be greatly appreciated...
