Road Noise L@@K Please!!!

Hi all I have an 03 coupe with the automatic. I'm getting some road noise. Its done it ever since I bought it. It had 89k when I got it. It has 103k on it now. I know its not the rotors because I just replaced them. Does anyone have suggestions on what it might be. Thanks....Danny

tires are probably scalloped/feathered. Get an alignment and new tires, would be my bet as to what it is.

Well it does have new wheels and tires. I was thinking that maybe the hub bearings.

I'm totally with the tires suggestion above, I had similar road noise and it got progressively worse as I let it go. The factory tires are unidirectional and with a worn suspension and off alignment the wheel will begin to cup and/or feather resulting in road noise. There is no real way to correct it even after an alignment other then to get new tires and maybe look into the replacement of the shocks. Good luck.

I'm aware, I should have been more specific on my experiences. I started experience the road noise after only 8K miles after the front tires were replaced by dealer. My first instinct was the wheel bearing so I brought to a local mechanic and they said tire cupping from alignment being off so I got a second opinion from a tire shop and they said the exact same thing.

Could be a few things - bad wheel bearing, worn bushings leading to a sagging suspension part, springs (or a spring) sagging, loose bolt somewhere (check the a-arm bolts in particular), poor alignment, etc.
