Ok everyone, so time for me to replace my brakes on my G35 Sedan non brembo AT and i am still working out some of the details but so far I am planning on centric premuim rotors (plain). I already have SS brake likes and Motul RBF 600 Brake fluid installed.

Here are my questions.

I dont track my car but do enjoy spirited drving. Current i have Hawk HPS pads on there, altough i love the lack of brake dust i do notice they dont work as well cold and in wet weather, so after a few discussions a few people are telling me to stick with factory Pads. Which i wouldnt mind but i really dont want all that break dust. At this point i am thing of projent Mu NS or stoptech. Any suggestions?

my second concern is that I was told i need a hardware kit which consisted of Shims and clips. this is becasuse the rotors i have on there now are not stock. Do need the shimms if i am replacing the rotors not resurfacing? The clips i understand because even the clips that came with the hawk HPS pads did not compare to stock, the were weak and flimsy.

any info would get greatly appreciated
