lower springs help

Hi, im planning on lowering my 03 coupe on skunk2 springs. A friend said that the drop is really low. But before installing, one of my friends said that bolts might be seized up or stuck. And i would have to cut it and get lower control arms?? All they do is work on hondas so idk how my g35 will be. Any suggestions? Any of your bolts got stuck? Also, would i need anything else like camber kit.. spacers etc.. im on stock oem 17s if you are wondering. thanks a lot..

Your solution: PB Blaster and a Breaker Bar. You should be able to get any bolt off, no problem.

It would seriously help your thread to explain which bolts you're talking about tho... Some are torqued very, very tightly, but again, PB blaster and a breaker bar will be able to get the job done. Sounds like your friends don't know what they're talking about.

After re-reading your OP I would just suggest searching. You have some pretty basic questions that have all been covered multiple times over on this site...

leave the skunks alone. the ride is way to stiff. u shouldn't have any problems with bolts being stuck. i've actually never heard of that. you would need a camber kit if you don't want tire wear. but if your like me "who cares". spacers are a preference depending on the look you want. you might look pretty chill with that low of a drop on 17'. but you will scrape on just about everything.

I think most use 25mm on the stock 19's. i'm not sure what the offset is on stock 17's. lower it first & then go from there.
